Five people hurt, including three MEDIC employees were transported to the hospital following a vehicle crash early Friday morning in northeast Charlotte.
According to officials, the incident happened around 12:30 a.m. as a MEDIC crew treated a patient at North Tryon and West Mallard Creek Church Road.
Three MEDIC employees were transported to the hospital. One suffered life-threatening injuries. A second was seriously injured while the third had no injuries.
The patient and the driver of the vehichle were also transported to the hospital with life-threating injuries, MEDIC said.
